These terms and conditions govern the Refer a Friend program ("the Program") offered by Joyleaf NJ LLC ("the Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Program, participants must have a valid loyalty account with Joyleaf. Both the referrer (existing customer) and the referee (referred friend) must sign up for the loyalty program.

Referral Reward: The referrer and the referee will each receive a $10 discount on their purchase of $60 or more when the referee makes their first qualifying purchase. The discount is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Redemption: The referral reward must be redeemed within the specified 30-day period. The discount is applicable only on purchases of $60 or more. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Loyalty Program: Both the referrer and the referee must be signed up for the loyalty program to be eligible for the referral reward. If either party is not a member of the loyalty program, the referral will not be considered valid.

Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.

General Conditions: Participation in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability: The Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected referral communications or for any technical issues that may affect the participation in the Program.

Privacy: By participating in the Program, participants agree to the Company's privacy policy, available on the Company's website.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
